Ann, The 1920 census only shows two Thomas Stephens, both would have the wrong birthdate. 1910 census shows none by that name. Thomas Stephens 32 years old ( b.1888) Tomas Stephens 51 years old ( b.1869) Could he possibly went by a different name or middle name, or been married and moved from the county before 1910?
