Hello Judy,
There is one volume of La Raconteur that I am very interested in finding out
more about - Volume XV, NOS. 3, 4, December 1995, which is out of print.
There is an artical about the Sharp Family Bible - can you possibly give me an
idea of which Sharp family this is? Since this volume is out of print, can it
be found at the State Archives?
Thanks,
Sue Fisher
These are back issues of the society's journal, le Raconteur. Some are
available for sale. If you go to the Tables of Contents page, you can see
not only which are available, but what the contents of each issue are. You
can match those page numbers up with the title of the article to see if it's
something you're interested in purchasing.

Hello,
My name is Toni Carrier. I am the founding director of the University of
South Florida Africana Heritage Project. Our mission is to rediscover
precious records documenting former slaves and making those records available on a
free, public access internet site. Our researchers travel far and wide to
transcribe records from archives, libraries and county records, before these are
lost to history.
Our largest focus, however, is within the genealogical community. We
