1. Deville or Seville family [1]
Hi, Avoyelles researchers. I've started transcribing the 1900 Avoyelles census, and found several families with the surname of Deville, if I'm reading it correctly. However, the capital letters D and S look very much alike in the handwriting of the day, so I'm not sure of the first letter of the name. She gives birth to daughter N. Henderson ca 1866. (Are there any descendants of N. Henderson living?) She marries Malcolm M. CURRIE in Decemb

There are 24 signed up so far, 11 days, at a cost of about 2700 including air, hotels, and two meals a day, and bus and train transfers, and tours. Last year's trip was more oriented on individual towns of Avoyelles ancestors. This year's concetrates more on the larger tourist towns, but will include sites in Paris associated with Avoyelles fam
