Hi Linda, my family is also from Bienville and Lincoln parishes. I too have been searching for Butler Cemetery. According to the History of Bienville Parish (Billie Gene Poland) 1848-1984; Butler Cemetery is a result of land being donated by Sara Butler from Mississippi where she buried some slave children who died

there are only 2 burials in Bienville Parish last name Monk both at Carolina Baptist.
There are MANY people named Monk buried in Clariborne Parish including a Monk Cemetery near Antioch. Check all 4 of the Claiborne Parish cemetery listings from J & W publications.

Robert S MURPHY was the son of Elijah MURPHY and Laura Ann KOONCE. Nancy BYRD was the daughter of Haywood BYRD and unknown mother.
