Joseph Richard Lacey b Jan 16, 1860 Port Tobacco, Charles County, Md.
being the son of Joseph IGNATIUS Lacey and Georgiana Scott Lacey both of
whom likewise born in Charles Co, Md. Remained at home until he became
of age then went to Baltimore where he lived about two years.
Joseph Richard Lacey removed from Baltimore to Satartia, Yazoo Co, Ms
as a merchant and was sucessfull there. He moved his buisness to Yazoo
City, Ms in 1902 and was a sucessful merchant there.

Hi, I'm looking for information on William LACY and his son Oscar
Russell LACY. Oscar married Alice Ellen CULVER and had several children.
Oscar worked in a paper mill near Penn Yann, NY, to support his family.
