I know that Alexander HOGUE was one of the founders of Denham Springs and that his daughter Mercy, married William DENHAM in 1828. My gg grandmother was a Mary HOGUE (although HOGANis on her tombstone) who was born Dec. 15, 1805 and died Oct. 18, 1877.
