Doris, I don't have this Daniel but do have a Daniel Alfred Hooter b. 1897 to John Louis Hooter and wife Delilah Murray, who married in Rapides in 1879. JLH has three brothers, any of whom could have been parents of your Daniel. Do you need their names?

Debbie, sorry, William Nathaniel Robinson is not familiar to me.
My Robinsons were mostly in Franklin Parish, Louisiana, up in the northeast part of the state, and not in the town of Franklin, Louisiana.

I would like to have the names of the three brothers of John Louis Hooter. This way I can check out the census records and see if I can find the family.
Please keep me in mind if you figure out more information about this couple.
Thanks for responding.

Hello,
I am hoping that there is someone on the LEE, LEA, and/or SLAUGHTER list that
may be able to help me find out the family group of Mary LEE/LEA who married
as the 2nd wife of my maternal grandfather, Louis Hector "Hec(k)" SLAUGHTER,
who were parents of a daughter named Mary SLAUGHTER, born: Abt. 1905 in/near

time that my grandfather was in either California or south Texas near McAllen,
Brownsville, or Harlingen poss
Doris,
I have a B. F. Robinson who was married to Alice A. Chisholm in my files.
Not sure that they're related yet. (I suspect they are somehow as some of our
Chisholm's are buried in Crowville and some others lived in the area.) (Daniel
Hinds Chisholm was my grandfather.) Can you tell me if this is YOUR B. F.
Robinson and if so can you tell me something out B. F. and Alice's children,
grandchildren, etc.?
Nancy

grandfather, Louis Hector "Heck(k)" SLAUGHTER, was living in California with an
orange grove plantation and/or a silver mine or when he was in South Texa
