My Great grandfather was Bennett ETIER.
They say he was born in Louisiana...
and I think it points to Quachita Parrish.
He was born in 1840. He settled in Hunt Co., Texas.
He outlived three wives...one being his cousin
Jane ETIER.
A Peir and a Peter and two William ETIER'S appear in some Hunt Co.
