I am also researching Lawrence and Roper. My Roper was Melinda Roper who
married N.J. Rogers who was my great great grandfather. Her parents were
Phillip and Mary Roper. My Lawrence is Gertrude Lawrence who married
Wille Clinton Rogers. They were my father's parents. Any info you have
on Lawrence or Roper that might fit mine would be appreciated.
