23. Bart or Joab Lawrence>Alabama [1]
Hi folks: Does anyone have any links to a Bartholomew Lawrence or a Joab Lawrence, both of whom were in Morgan County, Alabama, in the 1820s. I know Joab was in Georgia for the 1800 census. What I'm trying to discover is if either of them had a daughter named Anna. My distant g-grandmother, Anna Lawrence, was married in Morgan County in 1822 to John Phillips. According to a later census, she was born in Georgia in 1808. Her second-eldest son was named Bartholomew. Poor Anna sure needs a family! Thanks--
