Hi Everyone,
The family below includes two HERENDEEN/CHILSON marriages. Does anyone know
anything about Aaron HERENDEEN? I'd like to know when and where he was born
and who his parents were. More important... Where did he go. He was in
Smithfield, RI, for the births of the five children listed and in Douglas,
MA, for two of their marriages. What happened to him after that?

some else needs it.

How is Alice doing? Have you talked to her. Last email I received was that
she was hospitalized with a blood infection and I have not heard anything
since. I have been real worried about here.

Hi Everyone,
The Katherine Rodman listed in the East Greenwich Monthly Meeting Records is
identified below. She is Catherine/Katherine FRY who married Thomas RODMAN.
I have replaced my secondary sources with the MM Records as a source for her
dates -- though they did agree.

Smithfield MM was set off from here around 1712. No birthplaces are
listed unless specified. The Julian Calendar was changed to Gregorian
Calendar in September 1752. Each page number covered two pages. This
record used New Style (N.S.) to indicate that Gregorian calendar is used
before 1752.

something caught my eye.
There's a mystery in this one.
Thomas Smith, Jr. son of Thomas and Phebe (Arnold)
(figured out he was their son because no other Thomas matched the
husband of Abigail Aldrich)
and Abigail Aldrich (daughter of Moses Aldrich, the Quaker
Preacher and Hannah White)
married 6 Apr 1732 Mendon, Worcester Co., MA and further

The mystery is:
What happened to them since marriage. I don't seem to find any
trace of any children if any.

Do anyone know what became of the couple, Samuel Thayer (1696) and
Rachel Aldrich (1694), dau of Jacob Aldrich and Huldah Thayer??
No trace of them. Not even their death dates, no mention of children.
Where did they go soon after their marriage, which was in 1716?

Thanks, Sue, for posting your data for the Seth^3 Aldrich family. I do
have a source for the two daughters, Elizabeth & Abigail. In "The New
England Historical and Genealogical Register", vol. 42, no. 2, July
1992, is an article "Early Worcester County Probate Records", abstracted
by Shirley Robinson Pizziferri. On pp. 134-135 is the will abstract for
Seth Aldrich of Uxbridge [Case No. 1,008] that mentions wife Mary; sons
Abel, William, Jonathan, & Samuel; and daughters Elizabeth Aldrich,
