The Port of New York has for centuries been the most used portal to the
United
States for immigrants from around the world. While there were many other
important entries into the country, it is estimated that more than 100
million
Americans are directly related to immigrants who passed through Ellis

I've "rescued" an old photograph of Mrs. FAY taken at the J.J. Boynton
Studio in Clinton, Massachusetts. The photo was probably taken in the
1860's and Mrs. FAY appears to be in her 60's at the time the photo was
taken. I'd hoped to trace the family and return the photograph, however, to
date I've been unable to find any relatives.
If you are a member of this family or know someone who might be, please
contact me.
Thanks,

Would someone please look up an obit for me? It's for my gg grandmother Louisa A. SHARPE, died Nov. 27, 1917 in Clinton, MA.
Also, on her death certificate, it lists the undertaker as David Dias? Does anyone recognize that name? Has anyone looked for info from this undertaker?
Thanks for any and all help. It's greatly appreciated.

Hi,
My apologies for being tardy with mailing the 1901 Census forms and for not
e-mailing the
census instructions on time--but--well, ---let's just say that all hell

Thanks to all who answered by question about Woodlawn Cemetery. Now can anyone tell me where I might find info on where someone is buried in the cemetery? Is there an office to this cemetery? I'm trying to find where my gg grandfather, Charles E. SHARPE is buried. He died Sept. 4, 1898. Thanks again for all the help!

Annie,
What a generous offer. Would you check the surname SHARP(E), Oscar or Leona?
Oscar had siblings, but I don't know if they stayed in Clinton or not.
Thanks a bunch.
