I'm so glad you had an answer for Shirley. I joined the NEHGS about 6
months back and receive their newsletter which had that announcement.
Their on line site recently broke two major brick walls for me. They have
been uploading images of vital records with amazing speed the last couple of
months.
I got to see the marriage record of my great great grandparents who married
in Milford, Worcester Co., Mass in 1853. The record had both their fathers
names on it. It was for Peter McNamara and Catherin
The first part of the Templeton Vital records to 1850 were just added to

These were typed for the web by Charlotte Bromley Croshew for the use of
everyone.
Just go to my web site and then the Vital Records by town section.

Hello listers,
Does anyone know what happened to Angelina "Angela" Rotando?
She was born about 1921 in West Boylston, the daughter of Peter Rotando and
Mary Dadazzio.
She married Chester G. Fray about 1946 in Worcester. They had a daughter
named Judith about 1947.
The couple were living in West Boylston and Chester was a bus driver for
Short Line Inc.
Chester re-married to Gladys T. Westerlind.
Than you.

Hello,
Just a reminder that a large percentage of the Native American population
was "wiped out" by the many "diseases" .. which "the white man" (i.e.,
English explorers) brought with them to North America ! (Actually and
also to South America !) This went on from the 1600's right on through
the 1700's ! The generally called "Indian Wars" went on for almost a
century, both in the U.S. and in Canada !
Here are web sites which offer an opinion on one aspect of "small pox" in
regards to the Nativ
I didn't realize South Lancaster Academy has been
around that long - it's still there - maybe they could
identify the people, or would like it in their library,
if you don't hear from anyone.

Joan Parker of St. Savior, Southwark, Surrey, in her will written 24 August
1674, proved in 1675, mentions many relatives named Parker, and gives her

Hi Margy...I participated in the survey and accessed
NEGHR...when I tried to return a second time, it was
necessary to take the survey again in order to sign on.
when I tried to sign on a third time, I had to take the
survey yet again. It seems to me that this
system is not conducive to productive survey results
Am I missing something? I can't find an alternative
means to signing on.

I'd appreciate a lookup in the Worcester City Directory if anyone has a copy. I'm looking for William J. WHYTE, a painter, between 1901-03. He was (maybe) the husband of Mary A. CASSIDY (she was reportedly born in Worcester) and the father of Robert Edward WHYTE, born in Worcester in 1902 and possibly orphaned or given up by the family. Mary A. Cassidy was listed on the birth record as Robert's mother.
Robert WHTYE lived with the KEANE family in Boston by 1910 and later changed his name to KEANE. I'm curio

be a photograph of Harriet DRURY b. 5 Oct 1907 at Fitchburg, MA to parents
