7. McCormack Trip [0.992056]
As I write a contingent of about 30 McCormack descendants are winging their way to Ireland for a reunion trip. All travelers are descendants of Michael, Patrick and Timothy McCormack--brothers who emigrated to Milwaukee c 1866-1870. The trip includes the usual tourist spots plus two days in Ballinafad, County Sligo, to visit with the Irish branch of the family. The Irish McCormacks still own the original farm. Unfortunately I was unable to join them although I did visit the farm some years ago.

McDonalds ..MacPhersons ..MacPhees etc from Western Isles ... Inverness (debarking point) & Londonderry ..many McCormacks left borders to settle Ulster .. others yes to PEI from Kyntyre & Mull with MacPhersons, MacLeans etc. A few from Barra with MacNeils.
