2. Re: [McCormick] John I. McCormick family [1]
My family is McCormick. My father was John Elliott McCormick, his father was Charles, his father was William Frank McCormick. I noticed in your message that you mentioned an Anne McFarren. I have an Anne McFarren married to John McCormick, listed as a doctor but this is not confirmed. John was born about 1700 in Ireland and died in 1768 in Orange County, Virginia. He was the son of a McCormick, first name unknown. I don't have any other information on Anne. I have their children listed as: George b

4. [McCormick] (no subject) [1]
I have rechecked my records and think her name was Emily F. McCormick. The F. might have been for Florence. And, I think it should be Randolph County, Missouri. Although the Snider family did at one time, live in R. County, Indiana too. My guess her age range is somewhere between 1844-1850. She married in 1865 and George was 21. Nadine

This is a hoax. If you delete the teddy bear icon, you will find a lot of your programs will not run. Every computer has this in it in order to operate properly. This same hoax has been going around for the past 3 or 4 years. Don't fall for it. A son Raymond living at one time in Kansas City. And, a daughter Alberta who was killed in a car accident in Missouri when she was in her teens. William the second

20. [McCormick] Re:Emily McCormick [1]
Our Emily had the middle initial of F. And, her daughter was Stella Florence Snider. So, kind of wonder if Emily's middle name was Florence. As far as we know this family did not have NJ connections. George's other wives were all much younger than him. He was born in 1844 and his marriage to her was in 1865 making him about 21. My guess is she may have been somewhere between the ages of 15--21 when they married. Making her birth year between 1844--1850. Nadine

Art: It appears that Anderson was in KY for a brief period of time before moving on to perhaps TN. The following two deeds will give you some insight to the time period. The following two deeds from Bedford County Virginia show Anderson to be the son of Micjah McCormack. This indenture made the 7th day of February 1815 Between Micajer Mccormack of the county of Bedford of the one part and Anderson McCormack of the said county of the other part . . in consideration of the sum of two hundred dollars
