Hi! I'm searching for information about my grandmother Annie McGeough.
Different state records have her last name spelled either McGeough or
McGough.
She was 37 in Jan, 1914 when my father Frank Driscoll was born. That would
make her birth year 1876 or 1877 in Ireland but I don't know where. She
immigrated with at least her mother and father and settled in Providence,
RI. They owned a boarding house according to family legend on South Main
Street. That's where my grandfather Cornelius J Driscoll and Annie

I just started the family tree investigation in Feb this year. Wish I
had started years ago. I just found out from my fathers VA records that my
grandmothers madin name was McGouth her given names were Hattie Velma Bertha
(went by bert). The recors show she was born in Watkins ,NY, that could be
Watkins Glen, Circa 1875. I sure could use some help.. Thanks Ray
I am looking for any information concerning Margaret (Peggy) CARSON and
William MCGOUGH who were married
in SC or GA between 1810 and 1820.
I have been told that these two families were quite close and may have
migrated to middle GA at the same time.
Can any one give me some directions?
