Wow! What a time I am having trying to find my McNea family. According to my Aunt, who is 87, Our McNea family started out, with a father, taking his 7 yr old son, from Quebec, and found his way to, a farm in Southwold Township Ontario, not far from St Thomas, Ontario, Canada. This farm was owned by Jake GILBERT. I have searched for a Jake, but could only find a David Gilbert. So maybe Jake was a nickname. The young boy whose name we now know as David McNea, was left with the farmer, so that his father,
