Jean, My 1930 MD index isn't showing any results for these family members anywhere in MD. I tried searching for Rosella and the sons also, with no results. You might try subscribing to the Washington Co., MD mailing list and ask if anyone would have access to a 1930 city directory. If no one on that mailing list can help, try contacting the Washington Co. Jerusalem was the former name of what became Funkstown, on the eastern edge of Hagerstown, the county seat of Washington County.
