Hi Jane I am presently on a cruise returning easter. Yes, my mother was a Porter. Her family goes back to a John and Nancy(Condon) Porter from Mispillion Hundred in Kent co. Del. I believe John to be born sometime in 1700s dieing in 1818 possibly originally from Caroline Co area of Maryland. I have lots on him and his children but not his parents.
