Melissa: Isn't it nice to have all of that info and a bible to start with!! I have a direct line bible covering 264 years in America, so like you I knew exactly where to start and as a result I know where every grave is except four which were moved and lost. My bible is the first edition of the first bible ever printed in America. Suggestion I donated one of mine (there were actually two bibles) to a museum in Pennsylvania along with a brief history of the family so this info will be preserved for fut

The Maryland State Archives has a great set of very detailed historical maps, which appears to be a separate map image for every District in every County in Maryland. 7. Genealogy bus trips- Baltimore to DC [1]
If you live in or near Baltimore, you have an excellent opportunity to visit the National Archives, the Library of Congress, or the DAR Library on a one day bus trip from Baltimore to Washington DC. These trips are run once a month by the Baltimore Genealogy Research Group, with Dianne Stenzel as the coordinator.
