2. [MDCHARLE-L] Queen-Harbin [1]
Anyone have any information on Thomas Queen who married Mary Harbin? They had a daughter, Mary Julia who was baptized and married at Mattawoman. Trying to place Thomas Queen and identify any other children he may have had. I show Mary Harbin as a daughter of Rezin Harbin and Elizabeth___? Both buried at St. Mary's, Bryantown. Is this correct? Thanks! Shirley
3. [MDCHARLE-L] WINDSOR, Lemuel H. - Starting in 1850 [1]
My Great-Great-Grandfather was Lemuel H. WINDSOR. My sister and I are working on our family's genealogy. We first found our G-G-Grandfather, Lemuel; a sister (Jane Catharine WINDSOR [later married John LARCOMBE]); and a brother (William WINDSOR) in the 1850 Washington, DC, Census. They were living in a household with Martha LOMAX (head), Thomas LOMAX, and Margaret LOMAX. We do not know who Lemuel's parents were or where they were born. He, in most instances we have found, gave his own birthplace

7. [MDCHARLE-L] Robert Hanson [1]
Good afternoon, I was going through some old books and entering information into my database when I found this article and I knew many of you would find it extremely interesting. 4/5/1770: Robert Hanson of Charles Co. died on January 27, 1770. Before he died, he leased out to Joseph Adderton, surgeon, that part of his family estate where the family burying ground is. Adderton is using the plot as a horse pen and would not allow sd. Hanson to be buried there, so the subscriber takes this means of lettin
8. [MDCHARLE-L] DAR Patriot Index (Daughters of the American Revolution) [1]
Hi List Members, I was wondering if anyone had access to the newest DAR Patriot Index book. I`m looking for Philip/Phillip O`Bryan/Brian/Brien (several spellings) and Michael O`Bryan who both served in Maryland, Philip later went to Kentucky. I`ve seen a few of these books on Ebay. 9. Re: [MDCHARLE-L] DAR Patriot Index (Daughters of the American Revolution) [1]
I have the 1990 edition which I believe is the most recent. I did not find Phillip O'Bryan under any of the spellings for Phillip or O'Bryan. However, The National Society is busy getting the Index online. It could be updated with new listings. Visit the web page at Click here: DAR | National Society for more information. 12. [MDCHARLE-L] Re: MDCHARLE-D Digest V03 #184 [1]
RE Lemuel Windsor living in 1850 in Washington DC in house with Martha, Thomas, and Margaret LOMAX: I have been trying for some years to identify this Lomax family. The only clue that allows for some speculation is that they were born in Maryland and I have done extensive research on the Lomax families in MD. Am unable to find either Martha or Margaret there, but there was a Thomas Lomax born in St. Mary's Co., MD who was born in about 1816. He had two brothers, Walter and William, and a sister Prisci
