His daughter Sara was in my class. They lived on Beechwood St. in Princess Anne, Maryland. Mr. Baughan was a very active member of the Princess Anne Fire Co. His second wife Kathleen Wood was my business teacher.

Alan, I am searching those records also, but not in depth yet. I keep what I find for later though, as I am working on another project. I did find a surname that I suspect was in Somerset and hope it turns out to be true. Thank you for sharing. Linda

My "brick wall" is EDWARD EVANS who died in Nelson County, KY in 1843. On the 1810 and 1820 Nelson Co., KY Records EDWARD EVANS is listed as a physician. To date I have been unable to connect this Edward Evans to any parent or birth location. By studying those EDWARD EVANS associated with, I hope to learn more about his early history.
