Linda Reno Just in case you do not have this. Gabriel Moran immigrated from Ireland between 1710 and 1714 with his brother James. He died at Hughesville, Four Brothers Plantation, Charles Co., MD. Gabriel Moran first appeared in record of Charles Co., on Dec 1 1714 when he signed a lease for 118 acres in lot 5 of Calverton Manor. His family was still leasing 35 acres of this property when Gabriel's wife died in 1767. Gabriel was a prosperous tobacco planter, and acquired over 858 acres of land, in ad

Jerry, Thanks for the information on the Goughs, I had some of it but nothing on the will. Actually my question was, were there any more children of Robert Clarke and Sarah Combs. No. Other than those listed in will and we know who most of them married. Do you need that?

To Linda and David-- My grandfather (Thaddeus Yates) in 1941 showed me the head stone for his mother (Alice Mary Ford) in a private cemetery on the grounds of Bloomsberry. To Marylin Roth58 and list, Does anyone have the first name or any additional data about a Fenwick family who had a plantation or farm on the Patuxent river in 1811? I have correspondence from a William Drury who was his overseer and a Clement Drury who was working for him remodeling or adding a wing on his home. Both letters were dated 1811. A site called Economic History can help you figure that out. Use their calculators and other resources to get an idea of whether your ancest
