My MARTIN family in Talbot County dissolved and "disappeared" after 1820,
following the deaths of first the father then the oldest son. I have been
trying off and on during the past 10 years to find out where the children of
Robert and Sarah (?) MARTIN went. Unfortunately, the 1812 British scuffle
occurred on their doorsteps and most of the records of marriages and deaths
from church records or civil, were lost. Anyone have a MARTIN from this

My Great-Great-Grandfather was Lemuel H. WINDSOR. My sister and I are
working on our family's genealogy. We first found our G-G-Grandfather,
Lemuel; a sister (Jane Catharine WINDSOR [later married John LARCOMBE]);
and a brother (William WINDSOR) in the 1850 Washington, DC, Census. They
were living in a household with Martha LOMAX (head), Thomas LOMAX, and
Margaret LOMAX. We do not know who Lemuel's parents were or where they
were born. He, in most instances we have found, gave his own birthplace

The estateof John LORD, Talbot City Maryland was filed 8-2-1725, by Mary LORD and Rosanah LORD.
An inventory appeared in Charles Co court May 1762, listing the goods and chattle of the late Nathan
LORD of Charles Co. Mary LORD is listed as execuetor, with John LORD and Benjamin PEACOCK
listed as next of kin.
Does anyone know if and how these two records above might be related?
