Can anyone tell me of Thomas T. J. Rider, who I understand was important in the founding of Wicomico County? I have Rider relatives in the area, and I wonder if Thomas might be a relative. Who were his parents?

and Worcester counties. Anyone with interest to this is free to check it
out. Any questions, comments or problems please email me.
