KAREN ,,,,,,,, My Haggerty's, namely Peter Haggerty & family came from
Co Donegal Ireland, prox 1825, that is, according to his USA INS
citizenship docs. He was accompanied by his mother Mary and his wife
Nancy McGuire. Peter & Nancy were prox 17 or 18 years old at the time.
They first came to NB Canada, then moved on to the Houlton ME USA area in
the northern part of the state. I've found no Ireland records, yet. Any
interest? Sorry, I've no Garnet Hagerty or Reuben Hagerty that I'm aware
of, great story

Seeking any Young family descendant connections with the Thomas, Elijah, and Oliver Young family of Greenville, ME. Thomas and Elijah came to Greenville, ME about 1830 from Hollis,York County, Me. We think they joined their older brother Oliver who as in Greenville, ME.
Thomas and Elijah's father was Daniel.
