Va., Amelia Messick married around 1811 to Isaac Neal Tindall and she died on April 4, 1864 in Noble Township, Shelby co. Andrea & Randy, Do you know if you are related to the Messicks in North west Missouri? I'm a dewscendant of them and the Trapp's who were in Madison Co. KY in the late 1780-90. After that the Trapp family moved to the Cumberland counties area of Tennessee. In Missouri my 3rd great-grandparents named of of their sons John Wesley Messick. Since both John Wesley Messicks were alive at the same time one in Missouri and the other in Tennessee, I have always found it kind of strange. Mainly

He is pretty sure he can match up to your line on Carters and is checking his Messick line to see if there is any connection there.
