church records of Valparaiso, Zac. and I found the following entry: Bartolo
Barrios Chairez born 1896, Valparaiso, edo Zac. father:Basilio Barrios,
mother:Hermenegilda Chairez. Hope this might be a lead for you.

Hi All,
I looked at the map of Zacatecas, and could not find the birthplace of
my paternal grandmother. Her name was Maria Flores Borvosa or Borbosa,
and she was born in San Pantaleon, Zacatecas according to my fathers birth
certificate. Are there any older maps that might show it?
Any help is appreciated.

I'm looking for Tony Mondragon born abt.1923 in Mexico or New
Mexico..not sure!
I have search all of New Mexico and cannot find a birth or death date on
him.
He was last seen in Los Angeles in 1950 and his age at that time was
27.My feelings are that he went back home to his family in Mexico. I
have lost track of him so he may have passed and looking for death date

I also noticed on other postings that you were confused by your ethnicity
because the records have alternately "Mexican" or "White". At the turn
of the century, Mexicans were originally classified as "White". Add to
this the fact that the people in the area you mentioned, Momax, are very

I have some background info that might be interesting to you. My parents
are from Florencia de Benito Juarez, which is a half-hour from Tlaltenango,
Zacatecas. I think that you might actually be referring to Tlaltenango,
not Faltenango. Momax is a small town right next to Tlaltenango, which
is why I think that may be the correct map. For you

recently obtained a copy of the death certificate of my great-grandfather
Juan Marquez, born in Sain Alto, Zacatecas about 1863 and who died 26JAN1941

I am looking for information on Secundino Reynoso, born about 1910-1920's.
