4. [Miller] Davis Miller [1]
Would anyone have information on Davis MILLER b Canada 1 Jun 1885, emigrated abt 1911 to Oneida co., NY. He married Hazel Miller in 1916 in Bridgewater, Oneida co., NY. I don't know when he died, but it would have been after 1943, because I saw him then. Hazel's mother was my great aunt, so she is a first cousin once removed. If anyone could help me or suggest where I might find information I would appreciate it. Thank you Shirley Becker

I agree, it is strange and Benton is almost certainly a female's maiden name. 11. Re: [Miller] Re Benton Millers [1]
Hi I'm probably not related to your lines but I have a Norman Benton Miller born in Michigan. I've often wondered if this was the maiden name of a female in the family but have not been able to find one. Norman is my grandfather, born in Lowell, Kent, Michigan in 1859. Norman's parents are William Rump Miller and Eunice Jane Daniels Miller, both born in New York but migrated to Michigan. This is odd that here are three, apparently unrelated, Miller's with the same middle name. Sorry for this inte

24. [Miller] Re Benton Millers [1]
Hello, I hope you don't mind me butting in. I have a Simon BENTON Miller. This strikes me as unusual for your line and mine to use the Benton name as a middle name for our Miller lines. Simon lived 1824-1918. He was born in Greene Co., OH and died in Auglaize Co., OH. His father was George Miller and mother was Martha Bromagem. Both were born in PA and died in Greene Co., OH. George's parents were John Miller and Ruth Stephens, both probably born in Bedford Co., PA I have found no connection to
