Generally you figure out the closest newspaper to your relative (such as
the Pioneer Press in St Paul) and go to their website to search for the

notice of her death???
I also checked http://www.co.ramsey.mn.us/ph/vr/death_records.htm
which doesn't seem to have a searchable index of deaths in the county.

Thank You to everyone for the suggestions. I haven't found an obit however.
I have even checked the Fargo, ND, papers because she lived in the area for
most of her life. I have written to her son to see if one was published.

Hi list:
Is there any one out there willing to take a picture for me? I would like a picture of the houses at 717 & 721 Tascarora Ave., St Paul. The houses are where my GGrandfather lived in the early 1900's.
Any help with this is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the website, however none of the Dorothys listed are the correct
one. My Dorothy turned 101 last year.
I tried several combinations of names, ages, and places and did not find
her. Maybe she didn't have an obit.

I've "rescued" an old photograph of Victoria DEMERS which was taken at the
G. L. Demers Studio in Argyle, Minnesota. The photograph was likely taken
in the 1890's or early 1900's with Victoria appearing to be in her 20's or
30's at the time it was taken. Based on limited research I was able to
locate the following information regarding Victoria and her family:
