One other thought: she might have married and changed her name, or moved to
another state and been buried there.
Do you have a date of death? Have you checked ancestry.com for her death,
or the index to Soc Sec death benefits?
Good luck!

I am searching for Fannie [Zertler] Robertson. Widow of Arthurd . She was
born in St Paul, Feb 1876/1877 Married in 1893. No children
Arthur is buried in the ZERTLER plot in Elmhurst Cemetery. Fannie was listed
in the 1930 census and then she was gone. I can't find where Fannie is
buried. No grave marker. There are 3 family member in the plot but not
Fannie.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks Paty C

I checked for both Dr. Fisher and his wife in that source and neither

there is not a death record for him.
At that point in time, St. Paul had a health department, as did Ramsey

A little background about death certificates:
The information found on a death certificate can vary widely, depending
on who the informant was that provided it. Sometimes informants are very
good, and you'll find the parents' names; sometimes all you'll find is
"unknown." (In my own family, my great-grandfather said his wife of 40+
years was born in Germany, when I found her baptism record at a week of
age here in MN. Whether he ever knew, or forgot when

Sorry about that -- hit the wrong key!

Interested in any information on L. B. Benson or Leonard Berger Benson.

Looking at the LDS site for St Paul, I don't see any Lutheran records

I am prepared to call Redeemer, but wanted to check here first.

Mary and All,
Someone mentioned Calvary as she might have been Catholic, however Elmhurst started out as a Lutheran cemetery. On their website is the history of the cemetery (did anyone out there ever see the movie "Poltergeist?") It includes the church(es) that may still have records from births, baptisms, confirmations, marriages, deaths, etc. You may want to contact the church.

The Lutheran Church had many different synods and then combined to the LCA
and the ALC. About 30-40 years ago they combined to form the ELCA. I am not
sure if records from the old LCA and the old ALC are all archived at Luther
Northwestern Seminary, but I know many of them are. I do not know how one
can access them, but I would think it would be worth a call.
If Redeemer is Wisconsin Synod or Missouri Synod - those records will not be
at LNW Sem. I would contact the church headquarters for
Amen to that! My grandfather mis-spelled his mother's name "Rebacha" for "Rebecca". Who knows what else is wrong!

I'm looking for the descendants of Clyde A. Bucklin of the 1930 Census St. Paul and alive in 1932.
In 1930 he is 57, m. to Inez, 47. No children in the household.
He wrote a letter to Elsie Bucklin in Buffalo, NY Nov. 1932 in response to hers same date.
In 1930 she is single, age 24, living in a rooming House in Buffalo.
I have both letters and want to give them to the desc. of Clyde in Mn. and Elsie in Buffalo.
Elsie is not related to Clyde per the letter. He was making a genealogical enquiry.

Read Mary's suggestion that you check with office...excellent idea! My grandfather who died in 1923 is buried there, but has no stone.
Another thought...my grandmother who died in 1947 was cremated. Ergo no record for her.
If you know which church she attended, they might have a record of where she went when she left that church. However the church she attended might not be in Ramsey County anymore. My greatgrandparents helped start a Lutheran Church, which until 1961 was located in (wes
