Hello List, I`m looking for marriage record from the early 1840`s. Louis Laramie, Canadian Frenchman married Mary Red Iron/Ta~to~doo~ta. I think they were married 1842 or 1843 in Mendota, MN. They were married by a Father Ravoux. Louis was employed at the Fur Company at Traverse, MN (near St. Peter, MN). Thanks for any help, Patrick.

My father was in the employ of the Fur Company at Traverse many years before I was born, but I do not know when he came here.
