I'm a little confused as to who we're looking for, but I do not find an Andrew or Jacob or Heinrich or Henry Schweitzer/Switzer/Swiser anywhere in Missouri in 1870 who was born 1848 in Missouri. ----- Original Message ----- From: To: Sent: Monday, December 12, 2005 8:48 PM Subject: [MO-CENSUS-LOOKUP] Re: 1870 / SCHWEITZER > > This request bounced off the list so I'm reposting. > > Lou - List Administrator > > -------------------original message----
12. Re: [MO-CENSUS-LOOKUP] Thank you to EVERYONE who has helped... [1]
That was a mistake on the part of Ancestry transcriber. Looking at the actual 1910 image you can see it is really "s in law" surely for son-in-law, as the couple seems to be living with Julia's parents. --- P H wrote: > Each person who has sent information on my > great-grandparents, William > "Clinton" Crenshaw and his wife, Julia Belle > Brizendine Crenshaw, has sent > information from a different census. 13. Re: [MO-CENSUS-LOOKUP] 1900/Dunklin Co/Sandy Paul [1]
Georgi, I looked up your Sandy Paul in 1900. I see a single 19-year-old machinist, MO KY AR, listed in St. Louis, MO, as a roomer in the household of Walt? Harpold. Listed before Sandy in the same household is a Jenny Paul, Dec 1851, 48, Wd, 1 child/1 living, AR AR AR. It is an assumption that Jenny is Sandy's mother. Is this your Sandy? I am uncertain if you do or do not have the 1900 census. Let me know and I will help you with it. The next census that Sandy would appear on would be the 1910 census
14. Re: [MO-CENSUS-LOOKUP] 1850 / St. Louis / SCHWEITZER [1]
Connie, I didn't see a reply for your request. The index doesn't show any results for an Andrew, but I did find an Anton with parents Heinrich & Catherine. Perhaps this is the family? Andrew doesn't seem like a typical German name from the 1800's so I thought this might be the family. It looks like the family is living in a boarding house. Name: Heinr. Schweitzer Age: 42 Estimated birth year: abt 1808 Birthplace: Germany Home in 1850: St. Louis Ward 1, St. Louis (Independent City)

Maxine, requests should be as specific as possible and include county name, specific family of interest, and year. ONE surname and ONE year per request. Give as much pertinent info as possible about the person/family you are seeking. Full names and alternate spellings, ages/years of birth, places of birth, and anything else that might be helpful in locating someone on the census. Please go to the posted requests to see how to make a request. Thanks. Cheryl --- Dimond385@aol.com wrote: > I would be
