Thanks to Fae Jacobs for suggesting that I look for my William H. BROWN on
the Missouri Confederate rosters provided by the Sons of the Confederacy. I

Don't worry about it, the shouting was partly my fault. Besides being blind I
am deaf!
I type in all caps alot and need to break the habit. My daughter tells me all
the time to stop shouting at her.
I have an FTW file I would like to send to you if you can read it. It has
alot of the Henry County info concerning the Herndon Families, Pridgen
Families, Chapman Families, some Combs info (by the way Pearl and I are
related in a round about way), and a few others. I sent Linda the pictures of

William Coats and Cena Callaway...on the 1850 Henry County MO Census
sons: Huff D. C. Coats, John J. Coats and daughter Cena E. Callaway
Huff is my line, he is buried in Bluejacket Cemetery, Bluejacket, OK; we believe John is buried in the area as well, at Fairland Cemetery...I have nothing on Cena E. Callaway their sister other than she shows in this census record
Also in this census is a Joseph N. Coats - William and Cena Coats had a son Jasper N. Coats, so this may be an error or there might be a Jo
Looking for info. on my G G Grandmother - Ida Lee Cornett or any of her
family. Ida had a daughter Christine Lee Chancellor - born in Henry
County on Sep 23, 1886. Also land records show Cornett family owning
land in Clinton around 1853 or so.
I am not sure if these land owners are related - names: Robert Cornett,
Nathan Cornett, Mary Cornett.

I am researching what is commonly referred to as the Adam E. Eberting
family of Clinton, Henry Co., MO. The Eberting family emigrated from
Germany. Adam was the son of John George Eberting and Catherine Hobien.
Adam was the third of seven children and married Nancy Birdie Turner October
17, 1883. My grandmother, their daughter Lola May Eberting was the seventh
of nine children and married Ninghal Samuel McManness, February 27, 1916 at
Clinton, Henry Co., MO.

I'm working on the above surnames in Henry County. Henry Jackson Buck
married Mary Jane Morton Beasley in Morgan County, Illinois, in 1867, they
had a daughter Clara May, and moved to the Calhoun area after 1880. I
believe Henry Jackson Buck is buried in this area, but do not know where -
he died in 1891 - Clara May Buck is believed to have married a THATCHER...
name unknown. Mary Jane Morton Beasley Buck evidently married a CUMMINGS,
and is buried with other BEASLEYs in Calhoun Cemetery, Tebo Township, Hen

go to SETTINGS

My son reset my type to "rich text", which gives a bolder print,without the caps!
