Sarah Ann WILSON nee McCollum died 21 Apr 1934 in Brookfield, Linn Co. bur 23 Apr 1934 in Rose Hill Cemetery In the 1930 census she is listed as a widow. I could not find her in the 1920 census for Linn Co. I found nothing in the LDS records that would help me. Does anyone have access to the Baker family book in Brookfield? I am told that Sarah Ann McCollum is mentioned and it refers to her as Sarah Ann Wilson, divorced at the time of her death. This book may mention the details about her marriage and

I would like to correspond with anyone who is also researching the family of Marmaduke Nevels Tribble & Couisa Chase. Marmaduke was born 11 Aug 1846 in Henderson Co., TX. He married Louisa Chase 9 Oct 1874 in Illinois and later moved to Linn County, Mo where his last 3 children were born. Any information on this family would be greatly appreciated! Thought it was about time to post this again. My PHILLIPS family, like many others in Linn and Chariton county, MO originally came to the area from Kentucky. My GGrandfather, Bennett S. PHILLIPS, married Francis Crouch August 7, 1834 in Boone county. I next find a record of his marriage to Mary Elizabeth Johnson in Linn County,MO on Dec. 31, 1844. I don't know when he came to Linn County. The family lived in both Chariton and Linn counties. Bennett and Mary Elizabeth had five (5) children that I know

I just picked this up on another list and thought it might be helpful. Missouri has an index relating to Union Provost Marshal records on-line now at: http://www.sos.state.mo.us/archives/provost/ You can search by name or county, etc. I don't know any more than this, so can't be of any help in using it.
