February 1845, you might try Moniteau County 1850 Census.

wife, Pernetty (could this be Nettie, looking at last 5 letters), age 26,
MO, TN, KY with children Margaret, age 5, daughter, MO IL MO and Andrew, age
1, son, MO, IL, MO.
I have some Silveys but not connected to your, least not that I know.
