my first thought is in checking with the postal department to see when they first started having odd and even numbered sides of the street, because these numbers should not be next door to each other. Checking on google map for Lewiston, MT, I see there are three W. Watson Streets that are not connected and an E. Watson that is separated by several other streets from W. Watson. East and West do not connect. The houses may have been renumbered. Possibly E. Watson is where the houses are.
