Hi Maria and Carole and thanks to both of you !
It seems to be Christmas Eve today with all the new informations I got.
Concerning John Broquist I suppose that he is marriage to Anna Broquist,
born Romanchuk. If so the next follow up question arise, do they have some
cildren? You see genealogy is really endless.
I also know John during IIWW was called up for military service, 33 month in
South Pacific. And now I wonder where I can get more information about his
military service ?

The Spokane Public Library has listed the records of nearly 300 Spokane area
men who served in WW1. They are at this site....
www.secstate.wa.gov/history
You have to download a DJVU plug-in so that the records can be read
correctly, but it's a small file, and takes only about a minute. Some of the records
are extremely detailed.

I'm try to find the FLATT family in the 1900 Census. At that time the family was in the process of moving to eventually end up in Treasure County. In 1900 I found the father, Neil B. FLATT, in Yellowstone County in District 197 page 247A; however, I cannot find his family. For sure, his wife is Sarah. There are two older children, Lillian who would be 16 in 1900 and Clare who would be 12 but I'm trying also to find younger children as of now names unknown. It's quite possible they are in Billings, but Neil'
