Hi folks!
I am currently researching the many sawmills and logging railroads that
existed in Scott Co. from 1880's until the 1940's. I hope that maybe someone
on this list can help me. I am looking for photographs of any of these
sawmills, log trains, logging camps, or people that may have worked for any

Peter W. Peagler and his wife, Martha Jane __?____Measels Peagler lived
in Scott Co after relocating from Rankin Co sometime before 1880.
She was born in WV. Does anyone know her maiden name? When she died
and where she is buried? If her first husband was Thomas Measels from
Goose Creek parish in SC?
Thanks!
