1. Re: [MURRAY-DNA] Murray DNA Project [1]
Actually, all the information I have on my MURRAY's is from New England. I can only get as far back as the early 1800's tho and then I hit a brick wall....as have all of the other members of the family in my area. I'd really like to connect with anyone who's working on New England lines....who knows we may have started further south and migrated northward....I just don't know. Any help is appreciated greatly. I just returned from a grandson's wedding and saw your email. Did you know that the Washington Co. Tennesse has a very active website? I'll try to find it if you are interested. Our DNA search showed that we were not related to the altho they did live in Rowan Co. NC earlier. I'll try and find their email address if you are interested. Their ancestor is Thomas Murray died 1805 in TN. MM ----- Original Message ---- From: "MelJeanM@aol.com" To: murray-dna@rootsweb.com Sent: Monday, June
