I am seeking information on the following family as I'm compiling my
family history for the rest of my relatives.
Basil V. Schaller was born around Oct 1887 in Missouri. In 1930 he was
living in Corder, Lafayette Co., Missouri, had married Martha and had 2
children, Viola, age 4, and Shirley, age 1. The SSDI lists a Basil
Schaller born 27 Oct 1887 in Missouri and died in Feb 1968.
If anyone knows of this family I would like to hear from you. He would
be a cousin to my father.

Hi Folks,
The following families were neighbors in 1860 Marshall Co AL. I cannot find
these people in 1870.
The WADEs are my line (and the only ones here for which I have additional
info) but I would love to find any of these folks in 1870 in hopes they may
lead me to my WADEs.
Any help finding any of these people in 1870 would be appreciated.
This is their data per the 1860 Marshall Co AL census:
Newel ALLEN age 25 b. AL
Sarah A. ALLEN age 24 b. TN
Sallie MEAD age 53 b. SC
John H. MEAD age
My grandmother was 14 in 1884, living either in Strafford or Springfield.
It is said that she finished regular school at age 14. And that she then
went to a "finishing school" in Henderson Missouri. Do you know the name of
this school or anything about it.
Thanks for your help,

My surnames are listed below. If anyone wants to share information or just
compare notes I be glad to do so.
Please change my old e-mail to my new e-mil in your address book.

I I agree, Gloria was just paying a tribute to the U.S. for their traditions.
I think wishing someone happiness on a Holiday is a great tradition.
It was fine with me and I think Gail and Pauline will agree.

We're gathering up rosters of Georgians who fought in the Creek Indian
Wars. I hoped some of you on this list might help me out by forwarding this
to county or surname lists that might be helped by our work.
Part of the Bounty for that war service involved lands in Missouri,
Arkansas and Illinois.

Good Morning,
Can anyone help me with a death notice and/or obit. for Henry Oren GOODALE
d. 22Feb1925, possibly in St. Joseph, Buchanan Co., Mo.
If not in St. Joe are there any statewide indexes or some way to find out
where he died..may also have been in Kansas City.
This death date is from his pension papers but doesn't give place of death
as far as I can tell.
Thanks,
Marie

Who is the D H McDADE age 28 that I have found in the 1930 Wyaconda,
Clark Co, MO Census ? What do the initials stand for ?
The initials match a cousin whose descendants I am trying to locate as I
am compiling a McDADE family that moved from NC > TN & KY > MO > TN

(Bennett Albert McDADE and Alice HALL) in the 1920 St James, Mississippi

The 1930 Census data inclu

Sorry, I only meant it as a gesture of friendship and also of respect for
a culture which, although I don't share, I've come to admire for its

Hello Everyone,
Our newer members might not realize that it is best to remove

We can leave just enough so that the reader knows of what

I'm still transcribing and adding Census records to my Vernon County, Missouri page.
Presently, I'm working on the 1900 census for the entire county and adding
them to the site one township or ward at a time, as I finish them.

and his wife Olive Humphries. Olive was a first cousin of my father,
Wallace Humphries. I will be happy to share information.
