I'm new to the list, and I have subscribed because I've learned that my
hometown of Lenoir City TN was named for descendants of the Lenoir Family
from Lenoir NC. I am not a descendant but would like to correspond with
someone having ties to the Lenoir family so that I can perhaps make a
migration pattern.

Can you tell me any more about Fanny CLINE ? There were CLINEs who
married my DOUTHIT line (cousin's line...I'll copy her on this message).
A brief search of the Catawba Cemeteries Index produced the results below.

If so, there is a marriage between Jemima M. SMITH and James CRAIG on

for my ggrandmother.
Thank you.
Could someone lookup Jacob Epley and wife Elizabeth Rudisil Epley in the 1840
or 1850 census. Im looking for the names and dates of their children.
Thanks so much. Tracy in NC
On page 94 in Summers Twp. in 1870 Caldwell County Census there are two
Jemima SMITHs. Might I ask for the head of household and the ages for the
Jemimas.
Then on the 1900 Caldwell County Census page 159, dwelling 91 there is a
Jemima SMITH listed also. Here again need to know the head of household and
the age of this Jemima. Could this one be one of the two noted on the 1870
Census?
Trying to find my ggrandmother who roamed the Counties West of the
Catawba River. She had three children James P.
