Is there anyone on this list that could help me find out what happened to a piece of land? I'm researching the family of James Copeland and his wife Diana ____. James died in Chowan County sometime around 1752 as his will was made on March 13th of that year. In the will he mentions "a tract of land on the Chowan River" which he willed to his son James Jr. James Copeland Jr. is who I'm trying to find.
