Thanks to all who responded to my query about Antioch Baptist Church cemetery. The info I got from a relative was it's location was Cleveland County, SC, and it is indeed the one located in Cherokee County. Found exactly who I was looking for. Now, the second part of my question: Is it customary in the South for the cemetery sexton to be at the cemetery on Memorial Day? When I lived in the Northwest, that was common. Thanks again, Mary B.

Mary B, There is a very old Antioch Baptist Church and Cemetery just south of Kings Mountain and northeast of Blacksburg, SC (in Cherokee County, SC). This is just a few miles from the Cleveland & Gaston County (NC) lines. I have a 1985 listing of the cemetery.
