Can't remember the hospital or the book, but it might have been written about in "Rebel Private Front and Rear." I'm in the process of moving out of Utah and my copy is packed and in Idaho, currently. We will follow in the next month, but it could be several after that before I have time to look it up. I believe he was from Maryland (Caroline Co/Dorchester Co) or Sussex Co, DE area. I think he may have had a son, Samuel. You may already have seen this: "Maryland & Delaware Revolutionary Patriots, 1775-1783 Military Records Calvert and St. Mary's Counties Maryland, Revolutionary Patriots Listings," pg. 292: "WILLIAMS, Bennett. IN?) He had a son, William L. Beeson who was born in Indiana and was married to an Elizabeth Mary Waumock. Wondering if there is a connection. Jerilyn
