Today I ran across a record of an ancestor who lived at one time in the
1800's in a town in Haywood Cnty named Quinlantown. The record said the
town is now under a resevoir. I just thought it might help someone out.

I found this website this morning and it has a few cemetary surveys on it but
not the one I am looking for it also has other Haywood Co stuff on it so
maybe it will help someone. If you have any info on Haywood County Cemetary

Did I see someone searching for this person recently? This notice came out
this morning in the Missing Links, just in case someone was looking for
BATES...
Happy Thanksgiving to all!

I have a large Bible printed in 1799 with inscriptions about
Elihu BATES (1772-1821) and family, apparently of New England.
A few personal notes, pressed flowers, etc. are between the
pages. A descendant of Elihu BATES can have it for the cost of
shipping.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR FAMILY? WE ARE KIN TO ISAAC ROBINSON 1815?? WE WOULD LIKE
INFO IF THERE IS ANYONE THAT KNOWS ANY THING.

Sorry, according to the Families of Haywood County (census) for 1900
there are several Caldwell's listed but not your James.

Is there anyone on the list with access to the NC Haywood County 1900 census?
I am in need of a lookup for the James Caldwell family.
Thank you most kindly,
Tami Caldwell
Here is a neat website I ran across with info on county resources
and links. It looks like it is still being worked on but looks pretty
good so far. Just thought I would pass it along.
