They were in Sampson/Johnston/Wayne counties area of NC. I had never heard

Maybe we have some connection!!

Hi, Marilyn,
Want to compare my information, which is:
John Smith (1737-1793) m. Patience Elizabeth Bryan (dau. Wm. Bryan and
Elizabeth Smith)
Their two children I have: (There are no doubt more.)
1. James Smith b. 1760 m. Seney Jane Lee
2. John Smith, Jr.
The only child of James Smith and Seney Jane Lee I had was Letha

Hi,
I need to find out if there is a will for a Moriah Ann Dier/Dyer.
According to census she died sometime between 1880-1900. She was the
widow of John Sanders Neighbors (a physician). I'm not sure if they
lived in Harnett Co., Johnston Co., or Wake Co., NC when she died.
Moriah is one of my many "brick walls" and I would greatly appreciate
any and all help/suggestions that you could offer.
Thanks much!
Take care
Blessings

Terry,
My sister Terry married a Greg Futrelle. I asked Greg one time if anyone had
done their family tree and he said that his father had worked on it. I will
check with him and see if anyone in the family can give you some help (since
he is from Johnston County).

I have a Turner CARR without a spouse. His parents were M. Everett CARR &

shows the following sons: David, Hardy, Nicholas, Isaac, Alexander, & Henry.
Witnesses to the will were: Edward Lee Jr., Zachery Lee, & Benjamin Lee.
Hope this helps.

Suzanne, Your response to my E-mail was great. Thank you. Now, your
response to Mamie just adds more to what we know or to what we have to sort
out.
I am sorry if I misunderstood you, but I thought you stated that a Martha
Blackman married a David Lee and that they had a son named Jesse Lee. You
further suggested that David Lee died in 1812. I therefore assumed that
Martha Lee's Will of 1813 naming a son named Jesse Lee was your Martha
Blackman Lee. She named sons: Jesse, Aaron, and Joel. She also n
I am interested in the new site. I research Duprees and Gardners from
