Good morning all!
I have added the DOYLE BROWN MORTUARY RECORDS 1909-1919 to the LLCGS web site
thanks to Eva. There is a search engine on that index page specifically for
the data on that section of the LLCGS web site. Already there have been more
than 200 visits since yesterday late afternoon and I was able to add the last 10
pages this morning.

The Lincoln Cathedral High School of Lincoln, Lancaster County,
Nebraska no longer exists, having closed its doors in 1955 after the
school year. Pius X High School opened its doors in 1956 to take the
Cathedral High School's place. Photos from the 1951 and 1952 yearbooks
"The Echo" are online for those interested.

Submitted by Marvin Beechly, 2 Civil War diaries of Uriah Beechly,
have been added to the Saline County, NEGenWeb Project Biographies
section. It makes for somewhat interesting reading and the company
movements are exactly correct compared to military records.
ENJOY!!

The Brown-Doyle Mortuary Records 1909-1919 (records to be added will
eventually be up to 1930) are being added to the LINCOLN-LANCASTER
COUNTY GENEALOGICAL SOCIETY (NEBRASKA) site.
Currently we have 1000 records listed, with more to be added as time
permits. Records only up to 1919 will be online for some time though
so do not expect to find any past that date until a notice appears
here.
The search engine on the index page for that section is to be used
specifically for the records pages.
