I thought I would post this in case some of you had not heard that Chloe Foutz passed away this week. She was the first LLCGS member I contacted when I wanted to offer my volunteer work as the LLCGS website manager. I never met her but I feel like part of the LLCGS family and so wanted to post her obituary from the Lincoln Journal Star. Chloe will certainly be missed, she was so active in LLCGS as well as her other positions. As one who benefited from her patience and expertise in genealogy, I enjoyed being a member of LLCGS for the 20 years I was involved in tracing family ancestry while she was actively involved.
