Is there any one out there who knows anything about the Wortman name? Back in the 1850's-1870's the Wortman's had a family farm which consisted of a big, old stone house. Today, the house is located just on the south side of Mahoney State Park. I think 66 divides the park and house

about Ethel being buried under a tree. The cemetery was overgrown with weeds
as high as my armpits. The tree still stands, and under it several small
flat rocks, maybe grave markers. A couple of small crosses marked what could
only be assumed as childrens9 graves. T
